Windmill Day & Night Relighting | PBL Lumen Study

For this relight, I wanted to dive deep into this concept of PBL. Process of PBL is using real world luminosity values for the sun and the sky while using the sunny sixteen rule to get the right exposure for the camera. Since my main focus was on this PBL I wanted to keep the lighting pretty minimalistic and avoid using any fake lights.
